Biography

Faith Prince, most recently on Broadway in Bells Are Ringing and James Joyce's The Dead, is best known for her Tony-winning Miss Adelaide in the hit revival Guys and Dolls (Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle awards). She starred in Little Me with Martin Short, created major roles in Jerome Robbins' Broadway (Tony and Drama Desk noms.) and Nick and Nora (Outer Critics Circle Award) and played an acclaimed Anna in the 1998 revival of The King and I. Off-B'way credits include Falsettoland, Bad Habits, Urban Blight, Groucho, Little Shop of Horrors, Olympus on My Mind and Scrambled Feet. On television, Faith was a recurring guest star on "Spin City" and "Now and Again" and featured in the PBS special "My Favorite Broadway." She has also appeared on "Welcome to New York," "Law & Order," "High Society," "Encyclopedia" and the Hallmark Hall of Fame presentation "A Season for Miracles."
